Season of the Sick

I think that I might be getting sick yet again. I have been sick or there has been evidence of illness since December 22, 2006. I have had a cough for over a month and a half. I am typing right now in a haze. I think that I might be getting the flu.

I am getting dizzy and I am completely drained of energy. I just want to curl up into a ball and sleep through it. My students are working in their phenology journals and will be doing recycling in about 4 minutes. I have p.e. today at 2:00 until 2:50, so that will give me a bit of a break. From 3:00 until 3:35 I might have to resort to a Scooby-Doo episode.

MMMmmmmuuussst haang oooon!

If you've had a cough for a month and a half, please go to the doctor. At best perhaps its bronchitis, at worst....

I am sure it's bronchitis. I have bben to the doctor 3 times already this winter. Bastards just want to give antibiotics. I had three different kinds already this winter.

I had this a couple of times before since I was 12. I have old man lungs.

This is the first year in about the last six that I've NOT had a cough that's lingered for a month or two. Smog-induced athsma. Shit gets down there and it just can't get out.

I'm now on the Al Franken Plan: As soon as you start feeling yourself getting the least bit sick, start using expectorant.
