Little Set Backs

I missed a few days with the running this week. It is so easy to slip away from it when things get crazy. No excuses here, but I am going to be completely honest with my friends as to how it's going. School started for both Sarah and I this week. Sarah is also taking class on Monday and Tuesday nights from 6-9. I plan on running Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. I am also going to plan on going three miles each of these days.

Man is it humid at school. Working with no air conditioning and being inside sucks. I can't wait until October.

Cracking the true nut of fitness doesn't have much to do with whether you miss days when things get crazy, but whether you let it derail you altogether. Good luck. If you're running three miles at a shot already - and in relatively warm weather, you're doing great.

I did not get derailed, but lost a few days with craziness. Last night I did a big run and will post it later today.
