The Wonderful North Wind

Today is one of the best days ever! Nothing really happening today, but the weather is great for this fall loving bear. I would like to hibernate all summer if I could. Fall through Spring is my comfort zone. I guess I am saying nothing new, but I say again the heat of summer is my kryptonite. Dan and Meth witnessed this last summer in the desert. What was I thinking? Going to the Escalante in mid-SUMMER and the habitat is a DESERT. Well that was two strikes going against me from the get go. It is all my fault for us going at that time. As a teacher, it is impossible to get weeks off during the school year.

I would like to thank my great friends again for taking care of ole T-clog when he bonked. If we ever have a February Freeze Off again, I will not kick you out to face the deathly grip of the cold.

Enjoy the Fall weather this week Dan and Pat. Meth, I don't know if you will have the cool weather or not this week, but I wish for it to be cool for you. I hope that my classroom cools off for tomorrow.

No football for you today. I am listening to KFAN on the internet as I watch the stupid Packers game / Cubs. The Vikings have just picked off the Falcons for the second defensive touchdown of the game as I type this message. Sweet!

Vikings are not scoring a ton of points offensively, but they might not need to if their defense is so awesome. Adrian Peterson ran for a 60 yard touchdown today. GO Vikings! Do you remember when you liked the Vikings? I do. I miss that man. :)

One thing we all know is that TClog knows how to survive, be it by kicking out the rest of us into the cold, or being spoon fed food and water while laying prone in a desert in Utah.

We've had hot and cool of late, weather-wise. I, for one, do not wish to rush the demise of summer, no matter how much I like fall.
