The Word Is......

I have some incredible video to share with you, but I have to get it off the camera and onto my flash drive. It might take a day or two. Why a day or two? Amish techno services that's why.

The real news is that tonight I am going to sign up for a 5k run from George Wyth Park to Black Hawk Park. It is Saturday at 7:30 am. There is a cool running store on 4th street in CF. The address is: www.therunnersflat.com. They have all the details. I will not run it if the cost is too high. Dan did you register for Eagle Bluff yet? I am sending my form in today. It is 15 frog skins if you sign up by the 7th of September.

I've created a monster.

Do do do consider buying running shoes, my friend. Your feet will thank you, and your runs will be easier.

Cory-I forgot to follow up on this. Are you just up there for the day to do the run, or did you want to camp with us? We're spending two nights (21st & 22nd) at Forestville (Mystery Cave) State Park, about 5-10 miles away from Eagle Bluff. We'll just head up there for me to do the run on the afternon of the 22nd. You're welcome to pitch a tent with us either of or both days.

T-Clog - ultra-marathoner in training. Or possibly Forrest Gump, though his only kismet experiences will have been associated with free pizza and sweaters.

10 years from now he'll weigh 137 pounds and look like a Holocaust survivor. But man, will he be able to run.

I am thinking that I am going to come up for the run and head home. Sarah has a lot of school work to do on the weekends. It is almost impossible for her to get anything done school wise when Jonah is jumping all over her.

I would love thang out of course, but I have some pojects at home I need to work on this month as well.

And yes, you created a monster!

OK. Of course, as always, Jonah would be welcome on the camping trip. He & Lucy'd probably have a blast.

Keep running man. Glad to see you doing this - a nice twist on the ole donut training of yesteryear - the body beautiful will sure appreciate it.

He'll be a real body beautiful.

You know, Jonah would really love to go camping. Little Bears belong in the woods.
