Emily's Birthday

Well, I am the father of a teen age girl. Who knows what kind of adventures this will bring? We had a small party with the family on her actual birthday(Friday night). The next day she had a couple of friends spend the night.

Sarah took them to Crossroads to play miniature golf. They have a cool black light course with a shipwreck theme. It is a cool place for teens to hang. There is also one of those old saloons that you can shoot different characters and they do odd things. For example if you shoot the piano it will start to play all by itself. The girls had fun and they wore their tiki outfits. That was Emily's theme for her birthday.

You can see the smoke from the candles as she made her wish and blew them out.

Yay! Congrats, Emily! By all my experiences with her, she's energestic, considerate, cheery, and utterly unsinkable. Way to go on the parenting success thus far, and pass along by heartfelt birthday wishes to the new teen.

Congrats, yes!

But more importantly, Crossroads has Mini-Golf? Is Waterloo getting cooler by the day, or what?

Thanks all! I don't know if Wloo is getting cooler, but there are a few aspects that are cool.

As we all know, it can't be too cool for Clogger.

My post is really late because Emily's birthday was the second week of May.
