We put the old ranch on the market Thursday afternoon. We have had two people set up viewings already. Our purchasing power is greater if we put an offer on another house and it is not in contingent on us selling ours first. We will not accept an offer without putting in the contingent for us finding the house we are looking for.
There is a nice contemporary house on Abraham that is nice. Abraham (Lincoln) is about ten blocks away. The kids would still go to the same schools.
