My house sold after two days on the market. It has taken awhile to say sold, but why jump the gun and then have something fall through at the end. The buyer of my house just got loan approval today. He was going to get an FHA loan, but at the last minute switched banks and was able to recieve a conventional loan. That made it a lot easier when it came time for appraisals. FHA loans are much more sticky on things, and my house has a few issues. Things are good and we will be moving on the 25th of September.
It was nice to only have to stage the house for two showings. It could have been a drag going to school and keeping the house in tip top viewing shape. We bought a house eleven blocks straight south of my current house. More on that later.

If I could locate a job up that way, I'd seriously consider relocating to Cedar FAlls.

Thanks! It is a stressful time, but after today a lot will be lifted. The sellers have not been nice people at all.
