Jonah is taking basketball for 1st and 2nd grade boys this winter. He is very shy when it comes to large groups of people. He is not going to jump right in and fight for a rebound or cut his way into the pack to position himself for the ball. He will have fun and play defense. Is he going to get a scholarship to ISU? I can't say, but that is not our goal. I am not going to push him in any direction. I just want him to have fun and to learn the game. If he shows intrest and wants to learn more than great. If not, then we will explore something else.
I just thought that I would show you a short snapshot of what he was doing on Saturday.

Aweseom! He is as aware of the camera as Earvin "Magic" Johnson! Great to see him out there learning about this kingly game, about 18 years earlier than his old man.

He seems to have learned some moves from daddy-o, though he hustles more. ;)-
