New Look

I am getting new glasses in a week or so. They have to send them somewhere to get made. I picked out new frames too. I had the same pair of glasses for over 10 years and it is time to bust out a new look. I went to the eye doctor yesterday and my eye health is superior. My new glasses cost me half a G. I am also getting new lenses for my sunglasses as well.

I guess this proves once and for all you didn't steal my prescription sunglasses in Escalante.

Do you have the option for eye coverage in your insurance plan? We have VSP - we can get frames & glasses or contact lens credit once per calendar year.

When I get glasses, I have to get special lenses - prisms - to correct for my muscle imbalance. That shoots the cost up a bit, but I think at my most expensive, they were like $350 or so. But that's one set of lenses & frames.

Insurance for the exam, but not the glasses. I had my last frames for over 10 years. I had them put new lenses in my Escalante sunglasses since my perscription has changed slightly since then. Lens Crafters is not cheap at all. I need to find some other provider.
