The Awakening Begins!

My summer hibernation is almost over. I will be getting more active as the month of August gets older. School starts in the third week of this hot month. I have lots to catch up on and a lot to report.

I did get wireless internet at home this last July and have been trying to figure out how to make it work with my old school laptop. I can check e-mail and read some blogs, but it does not show me pictures or let me see word verifications. However, I can finally see Meths video clips on his blog. We had to break down and get the internet at home because emily is entering the Junior High and will require the use of the internet a lot more. Sarah is going back to school for her masters and will have to do a lot on line as well. She has a brand new school laptop to use at home and has zero problems with the internet. I fired the Amish internet provider I had at school, but still have their technology. I hope that I can one day match the internet with a new computer. I might be getting my old principal's computer which has an lcd screen and XP.

Well, my arms hurt now and I need to stretch.

RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRR!

Welcome back from hibernation, Bear!

The City of Mpls is getting set up for wireless, so I may be doing that transition sometime in the next few months. My speeds at home will be a little slower, but c'est la vie. And maybe it'll serve to focus my web wanderings a bit.

Dude, I've not heard back from you on my Training Schedule?!

Welcome back indeed.

Your laptop most likely just needs a bunch of add-ons installed - things like Java and Flash. (yes those are ripe for jokes - HILARIOUS!)

Sorry about the lack of communication on the schedule. I think that it looks great. Thanks for the thought and effort. I am going to get going on the training as soon as I eat 12 donuts. :0

Thanks for checking in on the blog. Do you like the new look? T-clog's Corn was just a transition. I was never too keen on it. I like the cave better.

After about three weeks of running, T-Clog may have a whole new corn.

You will not believe this. I was fooling around on the computer to see if I can find anywhere that allowed me to see images when SHAZAM, I went to tools on my browser window and clicked on upload images automatically. I am a computer wizard.

Seriously, I am not a computer wizard as we all know, but sometimes it feels nice to get lucky once in awhile.

You change your blog more than Dan changes his underpants.

It's got a nice springy feel, appropriate for the awakening bear. Your hibernation is more like a siesta however, waking up after the heat of the day (year) is gone.

The blog has to feel good. I try blogs on for size and comfort. If it is too small or scratchy I try a new blog. The blog needs to fit me like a sexy thong. Glad to hear that this thong has a nice feel for you too.

Too bad it still has "cornicopia" (sic) in the URL.

Yes it is too bad. I didn't want to change the entire all aspects or delete the blog. We will have to live with that I guess.
